This was a 4 issue mini series that came out around when DC was doing their "Crisis on Infinite Earths" thing and therefore the previous continuities were having a last hurrah. This included Wonder Woman, who was going to be reintroduced in the new status quo. This was a 4 issue mini series which was deliberately drawn and written to emulate what William M. Marston and H.G. Peter did with the heroine they created. Therefore the story involves a little girl and a space villain named Atomia, and does involve some bondage. All 4 issues were released within a trade collection recently, along with some additional material from an annual. These scenes take place between issues 2-3 of the original 4 issue series.

Spoilers, the little girl comes around and Atomia is defeated. Maybe not the Wonder Woman graphic novel we're all waiting for scans of this week, but something for the archives.
