Indeed. Charlie's Angels #4 all three of the Angels are tied to chairs, hands and feet for most of the comic and later one of their female captors gets the full treatment when they break free at the end.

Been quite a time
So first, we have a full treatment in :
Newbury & Hobbes: The Undying #2
This is a comic about a detective couple in a steampunk victorian Great Britain. What is interesting here is that the treatment happends in a flashback scene; a reference to what happened in the previous volume (called "The Osiris Ritual"). The previous volume is not available online, but it seems to have lots of potential about women kidnapped to be sacrified in the mentionned ritual

A blond girl is chained to a wall and has to Watch blackmask hit/torture her bf (or maybe it is an illusion, I did not reall read it, I don't like this new Catwoman serie)
I also saw another scene with a blond girl briefly chained to a wall, but I don't remember the issue/serie
