KissAsian's library is huge and there is a lot of vintage toku that is and is not on there. Stuff I have shared here not on there include Kikaider 01 (and Android Kikaider but I never posted those DiDs here), Extraordinary Zubat, Gavan, Sharivan, Shaider, Kamen Rider V3, Kamen Rider X, Kamen Rider Skyrider, Goranger, Goggle-V, Fiveman, the short movies for the original Kamen Rider, and probably others. What does this mean for all parties involved? Simple really, Kiss sites are stable platforms for quick video access and there are English translations, that means you can watch and download episodes with DiDs in them without resorting to a torrent and no copyright take downs and you can be entertained while knowing what is going on. I can finally recommend titles like this to other people since places like sockshare suck 10 layers of ass, but I can't watch Juspion anywhere else.
Me and a close friend of mine have done a lot of requests via this method, but stops at there. I am not forcing anyone to help out, but if you have interest in doing so I got a list and streamers like me will appreciate it.
And no, there is no limit to the individual titles you can request.
