Fellow toku fans, care to send in some requesting?

Post by Aquarionoid »

It's no secret that since I joined here I've been sharing lots of damsel in distress scenes from various tokusatsu shows and motion pictures. Most of us know of KissAsian which has a wide plethora of tokusatsu. Bad news is that earlier this year KA stopped allowing older shows and films onto their platform for being too old. Why? Nobody knows. The good news? There is a bypass around this consisting of making requests via a special page that requires an account. However it requires a lot of people to make the staff care. So what does that mean for the folks reading this? Simple really, just register and submit some requests. Since copycats exist I am going to link to the real site in case anybody may not know for certain:

http://kissasian.ch/

KissAsian's library is huge and there is a lot of vintage toku that is and is not on there. Stuff I have shared here not on there include Kikaider 01 (and Android Kikaider but I never posted those DiDs here), Extraordinary Zubat, Gavan, Sharivan, Shaider, Kamen Rider V3, Kamen Rider X, Kamen Rider Skyrider, Goranger, Goggle-V, Fiveman, the short movies for the original Kamen Rider, and probably others. What does this mean for all parties involved? Simple really, Kiss sites are stable platforms for quick video access and there are English translations, that means you can watch and download episodes with DiDs in them without resorting to a torrent and no copyright take downs and you can be entertained while knowing what is going on. I can finally recommend titles like this to other people since places like sockshare suck 10 layers of ass, but I can't watch Juspion anywhere else.

Me and a close friend of mine have done a lot of requests via this method, but stops at there. I am not forcing anyone to help out, but if you have interest in doing so I got a list and streamers like me will appreciate it. :) And no, there is no limit to the individual titles you can request.

Good news: My new computer finally arrived!

Bad news: It is unable to connect to the damn wifi. :(

Before I get another crash I was able to make a list of things to request and made a pastebin dividing things into "with DiD", "might have DiD and I'll have to check again", and "no DiD but I'm a completest and it annoys me when something is missing so these are entirely optional". :P

Everything listed has been subbed into English. I have no idea why I never made a Neo Ultra Q topic but there is a scene where some androids get rope tied. Also definitely check out Juspion when you guys get the chance, it's pure sci-fi vintage.

I know Zubat and Goggle-V for certain have them, I don't know which episodes off the top of my head though.

Made a picture to help you guys out.

I never got spam from KissAsian, but if anyone wants a throwaway email for registering go here: https://temp-mail.org/en/

The amount of dramas that can be requested per person is not something they look at, but they do look at requests per drama. Multiple accounts are not recommended, they do have IP addresses as spam filters do display yours when they check to make sure you are not a bot.
