In this week's BATGIRL #24, it's technically a CID as Batgirl and Two-Face are tied up. Batgirl is TKO'd by a guy she was trying to help, then tied to a chair with her hands behind her back next to Two-Face.

As for HUNT FOR WOLVERINE: MYSTERY IN MADRIPOOR #2, there was an alert for this issue and it delivers, at least if you like manacles.

The hilarious thing for me is it involves the Femme Fatales, who were F-List Spider-Man villains who used to be...scary looking women. Now they're "sexed up."

Gotta say, I'm REALLY not liking the portrayal of Viper/Madame Hydra in Hunt. She's drawn bland and she acts bland, come on, where's the crazy?!
