Somehow, this got overlooked a couple weeks ago but Huntress is kidnapped by the Calculator and her brainwashed mom and spends most of the issue either tied or strapped to a chair. No gag though. My favorite bit is where her mom tightens her bonds instead of loosening them. Adorable!

Barbara Gordon is hinted to getting gagged in Batman Arkham Knight.

In one of the audio files, you hear the Arkham Knight commanding his soldiers to "put a gag on her" before setting out.

The audio file pretty much ends there.

But it suggests that while tied to a wheelchair, Barbara is also gagged around the time Scarecrow carries out his "City Of Fear" plan.
