It sounds like you want something dulled in brightness and contrast. Here is a second attempt, this time with a darker shade of blue.



I can redo upon request because this was a quick recolor with the fill tool; if need be check the color wheel on pixiv and select a specific shade range to work with.

But that will be another time. Next request is Hibari from Senran Kagura
