I just rememembered an old furry cartoon

I just remembered an old cartoon of 90s. But I remember very few of it.
It was a furry cartoon about a squad of animal marines, sort of, and the thing I remember most was the eagle/hack guy cuz he had both hands (claws) and wings. I remember that cuz it bugged me.
The cartoon had even a female character but I can't remember what species she was. All I remember is it was an unusual species for a furry female character. Not foxy, kitty or bunny but I'm sure she was a mammal.
I need help to identify it.

I don't know where it was aired originally (I'm from Italy) but it was not a CG cartoon.

Nope (thank you for pointing out this cartoon anyway). It was more in Road Rovers/TMNT style. Maybe it was a cartoon of the late eighties.
