I was just over at Danger theater and found ten new Tara by Noir artworks. Dose this mean he is comming back? and if so dose he have a site?

I don't think so - last I heard he was only going to do very occasional drawings, and certainly had no plans to re-start the site. I think Sacha is the way we will get to see new stuff from him now.
It's the quiet, unobvious ones that you have to watch.
