I've seen this before and yes, she's tape gagged. It is hard to see her gag yes, but you can see it. It's that black where her mouth is.

Yes, but at least we got two gag scenes from Julie. One from the comic and the other from the anime. So much would have loved to see the comic scene of Julie animated.

As for the serie unless you count the body swith episode or the wrap up "lucky girl" episode.

I wish that comic scene where Julie was kidnapped to force Ben to hand over the Omnitrix I think it's called was animated. I would love to see that gag scene animated.

But yup, one frame. Better than nothing, but disappointed since I don't get to see Gwen's face. Thanks Vampire.
