In the first season I've found several DID scenes:
Episode #8, a witch is not just tied up but has some elaborate shibari applied over her gym clothes.
Episodes #9-10, various girls are tangled in magical vines at various times.
Episode #12, some girls (and a guy) are led off with their hands in front - though because the scene is quite short I couldn't see if they were restrained with rope or handcuffs.
