That reminds me a comic of The Muppet Babies where they were super heroes and Piggy was always wearing a veil because her beauty was her stunning weapon whenever she took it off. It was so powerful it worked even on herself when a villain used a mirror to reflect it.
And we never get to see how she looked without veil because when unveiled she was either facing the other direction or there was something between her face and the fourth wall.
