John Carter was...

Post by bunnydelic »

...very good actually, lots of fun. What's with Disney making horrible trailers of good movies anyway?

Lots of old school adventure, very good action scenes (full of... bright blue gore?) and while not as undressed as we know her, Dejah Thoris was lovely, I guess she's a Disney Princess of sorts now?

I want sequels now, hoping it gets profitable enough!

Plan on catching it early next week up here.

However, as it also happens to be around the same time as spring break, I expect the theater to be rather crowded. :(

I thought the movie was great too, very pulpy, great action, and very fun. It did remind me alot of Star Wars but that's expected considering John Carter influenced those movies. I hope this does get sequels but with the awful advertising, I'm not so sure.
