Probably the first time a DID scene has ever happened on a Manga Cover.

The damsels in question are Maya and Meena from Dragon Quest IV. No idea if this scene is actually in the actual manga but given its a 4-Koma probably not. Though if anyone manages to track down this volume and there is actually a scene in it be sure to post it here.

Under "Raws" (It's not "Gangan" or "Extra", but plain ol' 4-koma Manga Gekijou).

As you might guess, there's nothing in the volume itself, but at least you get the cover (and a whole bunch of other volumes to go through if you're interested).
