Moved some Forums around

[Suicide]

So I deleted the "OTHER" section as I said. But I also added a few more sections and condensed some others.
Basically I wanted it to be more clear about Video Game clips vs. Video Game Art. Same with the other media. So now the media section is more clear vs the art sections.
