Season 3 has quite a bit of DID in it and Mia gets tied up on several occasions. Her best tie up that I know of is Episode 20 when her hands are tied behind her back.

Edit: https://www.yidio.com/show/mia-and-me is a deceptive site which has listed six seasons. I corrected the text so that reads correctly only three seasons.

Yeah, it appears the archive site I used was satire and they have the episodes separated out of order. That should be Season 3. I did a little bit more digging and found out that the site which had it divided into five seasons didn't have the episodes arranged correctly. They have chronologically arranged correctly, but they weren't meant to be divided into five seasons since there are only three seasons. Also the part missing from Episode 24 playlist doesn't have any thing missing from the DID scene.

There's lengthy tie up of her in Episode 24 with her hands behind her back when she is captured and held prisoner.
