Man, I never thought I'd look in the Pokemon manga out of all places, but MAN is this amazing , anyway. there's a bit with Dome Ace Tucker bound & tape gagged by Emerald, OUR HERO EVERYONE! Also, Emerald himself is bound by Seviper, here are the scans.

These Japanese scans have nicer quality, you might want to look from pages 102-115, I don't know why the Japanese version is mirrored.

Yeah...when I look into Pokémon, it's usually a child character or an extra who gets the treatment, seeing an important guy from the actual games, especially one I find attractive, is a nice breather and it is freaking amazing ! To me, this scene on par with when Professor Sycamore got kidnapped in the XY anime. Also, I did find a reason to read the Sun & Moon manga since I know there are quite a few cuties in the games.
