Repost Requests?

I remember, waaaay back in the day, AVGDID had a "repost requests" subforum, for posting stuff by artists that seems to be no longer available. I haven't found any sort of stickied topic about rules and regulations, so I figured I might as well ask: is that sort of thing acceptable here?
