Which type anime guys & gals do you like seeing in distress

My favorite types of damsels in distress are loli characters or bifauxnen (girls who look male) while my favorite types of guys in distress are bishounen characters of course & guys who crossdress in anime

My favorite damsels are the defiant ones. There's just something great about how they continue to resist even when they're bound and gagged.

nice, but I am not really looking for specific examples, I mean in general, what kind of people do you like seeing in distress, children, adults, certain personalities maybe?

I like a wide range of girls and guys in distress, though my favorites are pretty easy to pick out. Bifauxnen, lolis, shotas, tsunderes, kuuderes, traps, villainesses, things of that nature. All the better if you mix any of the above with bare feet.

As for the guys I only like the furry ones. I think I must thank Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog and it's former fox in distress for that.
