Final Fantasy VII remake

Post by Nephenthal »

I never thought they'd actually consider remaking this RPG masterpiece. I wonder if there will be anymore DID scenes other than the ones in the game. This game is an awesome Final Fantasy game and one of my favorite game. Unfortunately, it is split into segments. Hopefully they don't touch the Materia system.

I am filled with dread for this remake. it feels less like it's being done for the fans and more like it's being done cause SE needs another hit to stay relevant/afloat. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Same here though it will be interesting to see the scene with Elena and Yuffie tied up by Corneo in the current gaming technology, but I think they might end up gutting the game. If they do like Final Fantasy IV I won't have as much of a problem with it. Still as you said, I am also concerned about what they'll do. I don't want them to gut or destroy the current battle system or the other parameters such as the popular Materia System.
