Anime Sightings Old and New - Darker Than Black 2

The second season of Darker Than Black has a number of DID scenes:

In episode #3 a girl has her wrists roped and cinched behind her.
In episode #7 the same girl is tied up more extensively: arms behind, rope around the torso, and more rope above the knees.
This should be a familiar one because I've seen it vidcapped: in episode #8 the same girl has her wrists roped together plus a gag - though after about a millisecond it slips down.
In episode #10 a different girl is tied to a chair with her wrists roped to the arms.

(I thought this series had been discussed earlier but a search turned up no relevant messages. Maybe I had seen that on AVGDID.)
