Read the actual article everyone: it's talking about a literal blink and you miss it gag about a baby being swapped for an octopus during a chase through a Sea World-esque park. There are two women, one of them picking up a baby bottle, but nothing that suggests it's an actual couple but who knows? As for the fish bit, it's literally just Dory talking to a whale that subsequently bumps her head. Doesn't exactly scream 'couple' from a few seconds of footage.

That's what they said about Korra and Asami at the end of Legend Of Korra, and it got fan buzz. Originally Ren and Stimpy were meant to be a gay couple thanks to the Adult Cartoon Party.
