in sea of monsters : percy ties his girlfriend tied up to a mast, later he sees a girl tied up in a cafe.

these graphic novels are based on books but in these books there are more tied and gag moments.(just saying that these serie is a DID mine)

Is it just me or do none of the characters look like the 14 year olds they should be Or are they aged up here?

Anabeth(and Nico) get tied and gagged in the next book and she gets handgagged there as well. In the sequel series the character of Piper gets bound and gagged in about every book she appears in.
