I'll be honest, I don't care much for Naruto's story, but I do find the Masashi Kishimoto's take on the ninja genre interesting. I sort of rushed this character, but I like her a lot and I think the pattern on her stocking came out very nice. Please tell me what you think of her.

I'm loving everything about this design. Making OCs is a hard thing to do, especially OCs that actually look unique and memorable. I think you did a great job with both and I'd like to see more of this character in the future. Keep up the good work, it's refreshing to see good things here that aren't just more anime alerts and stuff.
