Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin uncut scene ?

On the previous board I remember that there was a picture of Maya KUMASHIRO with a ball gag, from an uncut scene from the anime. Any ideas if there is some DVD with the uncut scenes from the serie, or where might I find that cap again ?
