Asian Burglary Scene (Sitcom I think)

I remember this scene popping up on youtube a few years ago but I haven't seen it since. I believe it was an Asian sitcom, maybe Korean.

I remember the Damsel was tied up and sitting on the bed with a burglar(or some kind of an intruder with a ski mask) room kind of threatening her to shut up(maybe a handgag at this point can't really remember). Then a roommate/friend/boyfriend or whatever comes in and yells for her but she can't scream through the gag. I think at one point he peaks his head in, see's her tied up and goes about his business anyway. I remember it was a pretty funny scene.

One last detail I think I recall was the tape gag being green.

It's been a while so my recollection of the details may be a bit fuzzy.
