According to the TV Tropes site, the manga Haunted Junction has a bound and gagged scene during a chapter where the heroes infiltrate a school. Can't find the issues anywhere online.

While I was watching Sit Dow Shut Up on DVD, in the final episode of the series during the beginning of the episode during a play spoof of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, we cut to a multi locked closet where we see two kid actors Bound and Gagged inside.

Found a scene from the 1st episode of Keluang Man. This has a little red head girl (Suicide might like this) bound in a sack & tape gagged @15:19 & later chair tied @15:29, please forgive me for the crappy animation, I guess this is some Batman knock off.
