She's still tied up on Episode 3 as well.
It's a classic scene where they look down and gloat about how they're going to do bad stuff to her/use her for bad things

I'm still not sure how closely they plan to follow the novels, but I remember two more scenes that were from the books, one with Tiffania, and another with Henrietta...I have the illustrations saved on my comp.

Ok, here's Tiffania from Chapter 14, being tied and interrogated, I think the scene is meant to be comical as the academy kids are the ones doing the interrogation.



And here is Henrietta from Chapter 15, caught by the main bad. The swordswoman who serves her may be in this scene as well, I forgot her name though.
