This plagued me for a while, but I was wondering if you knew of any characters voiced by Mamoru Miyano who got full treatments

Death the kid does end up getting kidnapped at one point so that's your best bet. I don't know enough about Soul eater to say its the full treatment and from what I heard the anime and manga differ anyways so it could happen.
