Animation Help

Hey there everyone.I don't post here often, but recently I've been working on a new project. As some people here may know I'm a bondage artist on Deviantart, mostly drawing cocooning and mummification. Recently, I've started on a small project in my free time making a quick bondage animation of a girl wrapped up in a cocoon, and struggling. but, the hair has been a constant struggle to animate. is there anyone out there with tips on how to animate hair well, or tutorials? If anyone would like to see the animation rough as it stands I'll post the link to it below.
