Goat Simulator is FUNNY not weird.
Farming Simulator isn't weird, it started the whole "simulator" craze.
Tokyo Jungle looks interesting rather than being weird.
I'll let Mister Mosquito slide, especially since I THINK it got a European release!

Seaman. This had to be the list.
Enviro Bear. Once again, its not weird its funny. Get it right!
No More Heroes - uh ... no. Its a little weird but they didn't pick KIller 7?!? fail.
Wario Ware - this just seems lazy and Nintendo pampering.

So all in all, a meh list. About 5 shouldn't be on the list. some good odd choices but meh.

I hate these lists cause they only represent one persons opinion of whats weird (or whatever subject the creator chooses.) I know its not possible to create a legit one with all games created included, thats impossible, but calling these the weirdest is....
