Two sightings. First, in episode #164 of Fairy Tail starting around 6 minutes in, a celestial wizard conjures Libra who appears on the mortal plane wearing a veil.

Second, Yami's mention of The Bullwinkle Show reminded me there's another instance of a veiled lady in that show, although it's quite brief. She shows up early in the 4th episode of "The Ruby Yacht of Omar Khayyam." (In the Classic Media/Bullwinkle Studios/Vivendi Entertainment release of the 5th season it's listed as episode #15.)
