Ya, it's the same girl. I'm not entirely sure of the context, but after she gets uncuffed she sits in the captain's chair and seems to be in charge of whatever operation is going on, oddly enough.

Ah, right. I was wondering weather it was a cleave gag or one of those ones that wrap around the tongue and ended up forgetting about it. I'll just go with a cleave.
