How Do You Post Screencaps?

I upload my images to Google + (& rarely share them), copy the URL of the image, & paste it with the IMG symbol using the full editor. What image software do you guys use/ how do YOU post your screencaps?

I do that too. If I want to resize it to certain proportions, I use paint.net
