Like there was any question of 'if' it will be made in the 1s place:

Frozen 2 is in the works, the Walt Disney Company revealed today.

The all-but-inevitable announcement was made by Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios chief creative officer John Lasseter and Disney CEO Bob Iger at Disney’s annual shareholders meeting in San Francisco.
