I am really not feeling this art. I have some questions about the design choices that I don't want to ask because I just don't want to go down this road with Frank.
Ah, nevermind. I'll voice my questions. Anyone else wondering why the terrorists look like mummies? I could be the only one seeing this. did he intend it to be some kind of stripey camo outfit? And it looks like the leader is covered in beads. Anyone else see that? Is the leader even a he? I didn't read the book.
I grow more and more disenchanted with Frank Miller's work every time I see something new from him. But I have to admit that first panel where the woman in black is literally framed by her bindings is a fantastic image, both from an artistic and an erotic point of view. It just shows that there is a talented artist still in there somewhere.
Catwoman: Think you can handle me?
Batman: I've got handcuffs.
Catwoman: Ooh.

It looks more like he's just not as good an artist anymore. This is just so...sketchy.
Sin City and 300 used to look so neat and sharp looking.
