Need help with comic scene

There was a Judge Dredd issue (or possibly 2000 AD?) posted within the last year or so that had a scene where a criminal poses as a diner cook, with the real staff and customers seen bound and gagged behind the counter.

Does anyone have it?

There was also this mention of a scene from one of the old Dredd strips.

scene 2 A male and a female judge on guard duty are taken out and they are each seen in the throes of being stripped so as to be impersonated. When Dredd comes by later he realises the judges on duty are JIMPS (judge impersonators) and deals with them. The real judges are found in their underwear bound and gagged . It was along time agoand the cartoon strips were short which is why i believe it was a British newspaper so memory is vague
