It comes from a graphic game but don't worry, there's no death or gore in this scene.

Our heroes stumble upon a girl, Nana Ogasawara, all trussed up, blindfolded, gagged, and left struggling on the floor.
Unfortunately only her hands are tied behind her back but she has a nice gag on.
I'm not sure if this scene is in the anime and I'm too much of a chicken to find out. My guts won't be able to take it.
