Warner Bros. announced the cast for its upcoming "Suicide Squad" — a super team of actors that includes Will Smith, Jared Leto and Tom Hardy to play DC Comics' marquee super-villains...

...Leto will play The Joker in the flick about a band of evil-doers forced to work for the government on dangerous missions...

...Smith is set to play the deadly marksman named Deadshot, while Hardy will play a character named Rick Flagg, who’s expected to be the group’s government liason. It will be the second go-around for Hardy as a DC Comics villain, after having muscled his way through “The Dark Knight Rises” as the Bat-foe, Bane...

... Australian stunner Margot Robbie, best known for turn in "The Wolf of Wall Street," will play the Joker's lover, Harley Quinn. Her fellow countryman Jai Courtney — fresh of a tour of duty on "Terminator: Genisys" — will play the aptly named Boomerang.

And model Cara Delevinge will lend her visage to the role of Enchantress.

Never knew there was a DC character named Enchantress, only the Thor villainess. I'll wait for a trailer before having any real thoughts about it.

I hardly read anything DC but whenever I hear "Suicide Squad", the first thing I think about is Deathstroke.

And I neither saw that or "Slade" in the article...

Deathstroke isn't really associated with the team. He only just recently joined in the latest volume which started a few months ago.
