Image Archive Service Providers?

I hope this is the best place to ask this.

I'm looking for a place to establish an image archive for adding images to my Western Civilization messages. (The old board sure was convenient in that images could be directly attached.) The content would consist of a modest amount of vidcaps plus possibly a small number of artwork manipulations. I'm a member of both Deviantart and Pixiv. But the terms of service for the former include the statement,

"You may not reproduce, distribute, publically display or perform, or prepare derivative works based on any of the Content including any such works without the express, written consent of deviantart or the appropriate owner of copyright in such works."

And likewise for the latter,

"The user who posts image data using this service shall guarantee that the image data does not violate any right of a third party."

I believe somewhere on this board Imgur was recommended, but its terms of service include,

"If someone else might own the copyright to it, don't upload it."

All of these would seem to definitively rule out both vidcaps and manips. Yet there seems to be no shortage of embedded vidcaps, at least, in the various posts here. Does anyone have comments and/or recommendations?

We get a booru. No copyright shit, no third party shit, just pics. However I sincerely doubt you can post videos on boorus.

You can upload any images at their full resolutions with no limits on bandwidth or space. I use it for my huge manga posts and have yet to have any issue.

I don't think many people here would want to pay for hosting or take the time to set one up when there are free ones available, though.
