"The Phantom" scene from previous board ?

H there,

I remember a scene from "The Phantom" that was posted on one of the previous incarnations of this board. It involved the Phantom coming into a room with a woman tied to a bed "spread eagle" in old fashioned clothing. He releases her and then she betrays him I believe. I could be wrong but I think the scene took place on a ship. Does anyone have this scene or remember which issue it came from?
