in a few cases you can find the administrators emails, but for the above mentioned ones you need invites

Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but a site I use frequently is called Otaku Streamers, which lists all of the anime shows that are available. And trust me, there's a whole bunch of shows there. Maybe it has the series you're looking for?
