I'm seeing more sausage than anything else...and the bondage scene is more cheesy than serious.
That dialogue is very accurate; albeit in a very "break-the-4th-wall" fashion.

The cutie's name is Mikan Tsukimi, and from what I've seen in playing Dangan Ronpa 2 so far, she's pretty talented at getting herself into tight accidents...
