You find this a surprise but that's what I used for the manips I created. It's like I said I'm just not very good at it.

First I enlarged the pic of 500%.
Then I drew the outlines of the gag and I erased the lips with paint. Picking the color from the borders of the pic.
Then I saved the image in JPEG.
Then I uploaded it on this site: http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Then I filled the inside of the border with an acceptable shade of blue. I also added two lines because I felt like it.
Then I added some blur to the whole pic.
Then I reduced the pic to the original size.
Finally I added more blur to the gag till it was matching the rest of the pic.
