At least when it comes to losing the Star Wars license they're taking it well...
The expanded fictional universe of Alien and Predator is growing even bigger next month with the release of the first issue of Dark Horse Comic's massive crossover series, "Prometheus: Fire and Stone," continuing after the events of Ridley Scott's Prometheus. Today, Dark Horse has released a trailer for the series, the first issue of which hits stands September 10.
When the Prometheus never returned from her fateful journey to LV-223, the questions surrounding the origins of man went unanswered. Now a new team of explorers seeks to uncover the dark mystery that holds not only the fate of the original mission, but possibly their own damnation.
From the Eisner Award–nominated team of Paul Tobin and artist Juan Ferreyra, the first issue of "Prometheus: Fire and Stone" hits stands September 10.

Guess losing one Expanded Universe means they'll just focus on another, still remembering when Ridley Scott was insisting that Prometheus had nothing to do with Alien...

Re: Prometheus: Aliens vs. Predator Comic Series
Don't care what people say, Prometheus was a great movie, yes it had flaws but not all of it was Ridley's fault. Also Arine I don't remember him ever saying it had nothing to with Alien as in the blu-ray he did admit it was going to be a prequel to Alien but it will also be it's own movie kind of like how Incredible Hulk was a Sequel and a Reboot to the first Hulk Movie.
All I know is I am gonna get this comic :3, it will quench my thrust while Prometheus 2 comes out
