YEah I do the same thing on google image and DevArt. Like Secuestro (Kinap in Spanish) and bâillonnée (French for gagged). It yeilds some good results.

Here's a string of tags I've been using for years that gets pretty much everything.

Basically has Bondage, Restraint, Blindfold, SM, DID, Gag, and some others I don't remember. To find any Did/Bondage of a particular series, I use the advanced search and enter the Japanese title of an anime in the "Includes all keywords" box and my custom tag list in the "Includes any of these words" box. You can copy my tags out of the search box in the link above. I'd just paste it here, but the board will spit an SQL error at you if you try to post any form of kanji.
