Two sightings in the anime series Gintama:
Episode #60: a girl (Kagura, for those familiar with the show) is shackled to a wall, then is briefy tied with rope with her arms behind her, and then is shackled to a crucifix for an extended period.
Episode #67: a kunoichi (Sacchan, the nearsighted ninja girl) puts herself in shibari, then near the end of the episode puts a group of evil doctors in shibari plus suspension. (The latter qualifies as a DID scene because at least one nurse is among the doctors.)
