1. Catwomen - we all knew about this one prior but it still is a great scene. plus before you save her you can watch her struggle in mid air before saving her which is a plus.
2. After saving Catwomen you need to track a bullet shot. Once inside the building it cam efrom Harley is holding a medical team hostage. After clearing the room the hostages are untied by each other (since a couple didn't have there hands tied) and if your quick there are at least two women with their hands tied amongst the group
3. you have to save a doctor from the jokers thugs. once saved you see she's in a chair with her hands tied behind her with decent details on the ropes unlike arkham asylum they actually put some effort into it
4. Just a little over 60% into the main story you come across Harley Quinn tied to a pole with tape around her torso and legs. but the BEST PART is she has a strip of tape across her mouth which you need to remove for the next task but you can reapply it and rip it off and hear her complain
5. SPOILER SO BE WARNED highlight to see. Near the end Talia al ghul is the Jokers hostage. during this time it is implied that her hands are tied behind her but no actual bonds are seen
Side Mission- During the third part of the Riddler side quest you have to save one of the females from the medical team. She is seen just pass a force field, sitting with her hands tied behind similar to the previous one.
