Here are a few episodes of Pierre et Isa from a random check on google. I didn't check them yet>

http://www.peteava.ro/id-838865-pierre- ... ompete-tvr" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

One thing that I learned so far is that "you can't judge a book by its cover", I found many great scenes in series where I least expected.
Try searching it under another name, like "Pierre et Jean"

This was a promotionnal cartoon for the olympic winter games in Alberville.
From what I remember, I think there was one single scene involving Isa captured and tied up, but I might be wrong. This is quite old :P
Other name was "la compète"

Well first I thought that it was an edited scene, but when I checked it turned out to be real. No ideas about the other ones, so you still have those :) plus this one if you have a higher quality

And as a bonus, here's the same scene from the manga:

This is delicious! There is a similar scene in an anime whose episode featuring it is coming in a dozen of days or so (I'll post it). The anime is older and the "damsel" is one, but the scene is longer. It's also mentioned she can't talk because of that until she gets recovered and she can take her mask off. And here I thought THAT scene was unique, if we don't count that scene with momoka in that episode of Keroro.
As promised...

BTW: I'm doing practice with Video to SWF conversion but I don't know how to hotlink them.
How do I hotlink this for example?

Hi,

I did find some scenes from a Canadian cartoon series called Fugget About It about a gangster family moving to Canada by witness protection. In the Season 2 Episode The Fuggly American, the main character's oldest bimbo daughter gets the treatment by her little sister. Think of Gina as the Stewie Griffin of mobster cartoons.

I'll upload a clip of the scene tomorrow. It might be on Hulu anyway.

There it is. Too bad she is tied up with hands in front, but still very nice. Any other tie ups for her?

In second episode of Season 2, she's tied to a stake by Amish people.
