Placing this in Alerts because the caps are too low quality to deserve a real topic. Anyways. BBCSX has a new character, Relius Clover. I know nothing about the series, but Relius appears to have some move in which he restrains his victim. It differs from person to person, much like Demitri Maximoff's Midnight Bliss in Darkstalkers. Below is a composite of most characters' reactions.



BBCSX and Relius will be available in winter, where some better screenshots should emerge. Until then, this'll have to do.
