Here's short gag scene from Joshiraku episode 2...sorta. The four girls involved aren't really gagged per se, they just happen to be wearing medical masks that muffle their speech beyond comprehendibility. Gags in function, if not in name.

Animated series. On the way home from a bad birthday party for a “friend” Lois met for Stewie, she puts on music to soothe his crankiness. He finds he is captivated by the sound of Anne Murray. Traveling to Canada to see her with Brian, Stewie gets very upset when discovering Anne didn't write her music.

He forces Anne (voiced by the singer herself) at gunpoint to sing the song "Songbird" while trussed up with lots of rope, and cleave gagged with a white cloth. One of the few instances of gag singing in mainstream TV. Happens around the 18min mark.

As for the Care Bears In Wonderland movie has a princess in a cage.

Also Alice gets kidnapped by the beastly like minions and put in cage sorry I can't put scans or images
